You can have a guest in your suite and there is a charge of US$20 per night for meals
and other expenses (except laundry services which have a small additional cost).
Please let us know, at least one day before his or her arrival.
- You can also invite your family or friends so they can spend their holidays with you. We
can accommodate them in the special suites reserved for them so you keep your
privacy and enjoy their company.
- We promote and facilitate ways so that your family and friends visit you. When they
come here, you can show them around and visit the beautiful beaches in the region like
in Ixtapa, Zihuatanejo, or Troncones.
- If you live in a residence in the city, the guests have limited hours for visits, they cannot
stay with you. In addition, the visits are short. Imagine what a thrill would it be for your
family or friends to not only visit you in Ixtapa but also to have their holidays with you.

- If they want to spend their holidays with you, it is necessary to make a reservation and it
is subject to availability. For special holiday periods like Christmas-New Year, Mexican
holidays, Summer, Holy Week and Easter make sure to make the reservations in
advance. If, for example, everyone wants to come for Christmas, we may have to make
a draw - and if we do not have enough suites, we could try to find accommodation for
them in other hotels. In case a family cannot stay at the Residence this year, he or she
will have priority for the next Christmas period.
- The cost for a suite for 2 adults and 2 children starts with $1,400 pesos per night or
US$127, with meals included. The cost for the same suite for 2 adults and 2 children
during the holidays is $2,000 pesos per night or US$181. We offer special rates and
promotions all year-round so they can come and stay with you.
