RATES
    The monthly rate is US$1,000 per person in a double suite, taxes included.  The cost
    for a single suite is US$1,600.  The enrolment fee is US$180.

    The rates include:
  • Lodging in a single or double suite.
  • Daily maid service.
  • Fumigation of your suite and gardens.
  • One 18 liter purified water bottle per week - additional bottles are US$3.00.
  • Furniture and drapes - you decorate your suite to your own taste.
  • One breakfast, one lunch (main meal) and one light dinner.
  • Two coffee-breaks.
  • A monthly massage.
  • A monthly general medical evaluation.
  • Laundry services every four days.
  • Recreational activities.
  • Free safety deposit box services.
  • Free parking area for up to 25 cars.
  • Maintenance of your suite (painting, plumbing, etc.).
  • Maintenance of the public areas:  gardens, pool, wading pool, etc.
  • Health care services 24 hours a day, every day.
  • Security services 24  hours a day, every day.

    CONDITIONS
  1. Fill out the application form.
  2. Medical evaluation by an assigned doctor.
  3. Interview.
  4. One-year contract which can be renewed 3 months before the expiry date.  We
    accept a shorter period contract for evaluation purposes.
  5. One month deposit, enrolment and first month payment.
  6. Approval of the Rules for guests.
  7. You can occupy the Residence within the first 5 days of the month.
  8. Approval of the Services Agreement by you and two other people who can take
    care of you in case of emergency.
